About The Position

WSFS Bank is seeking ambitious, high-performing college students interested in careers in financial services to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week program offers meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in a continuous program beginning the first week of June and ending in early to mid-August 2027. The intern must be able to work up to five days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
