About The Position

WSFS Bank is seeking ambitious, high-performing college students interested in financial services for its paid, 10-week 2027 Summer Internship Program. The program provides meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. Interns gain hands-on experience alongside industry professionals while contributing to real business initiatives. The Finance intern will support several Finance subdivisions, including Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The rotation-style support model is intended to expose the intern to different Finance roles in banking and to the tools and best practices used in each. The intern will work independently and with finance professionals on financial analysis, routine and ad-hoc reporting, strategic planning, and exploratory data analysis, and will complete a capstone project focused on one Finance subdivision. The internship is full-time, 40 hours per week, beginning the first week of June 2027 and ending in early to mid-August. The intern must be able to work up to five days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint, as well as participate in in-person orientation and in-person and virtual interviews. High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment after successful completion of the program.
