About The Position

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Aftersales Process Analyst summer internship opening at our Lewisville, TX location. The selected candidate will work directly with our Aftersales Technology team, gaining exposure and experience in Aftersales systems, Diagnostic tools improvement initiatives, product development process and service support processes. Learn first-hand from top industry professionals Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers Develop mentoring relationships with Aftersales and IT leaders Gain valuable hands-on experience

Requirements

  • Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Interest in Aftersales data analysis and process improvement
  • Self-motivation and energetic personality
  • Team-oriented
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Junior or senior standing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interface with dealers, end customers and internal teams to understand aftersales processes and improvement opportunities
  • Review, document and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements with a focus on diagnostics, aftersales service support efficiency and ensure they align with organizational objectives
  • Identify and document opportunities for system improvements
  • Participate in UAT for system releases to ensure quality and usability
  • Contribute to continuous Improvements efforts such as Six Sigma Projects and Diagnostics process streamlining
