About The Position

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Familiarity with financial statements or data visualization concepts
Attention to detail and strong desire to learn

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly financial close activities, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts through data collection and modeling.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
Help evaluate financial controls and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
Conduct research on industry benchmarks, cost drivers, or internal performance metrics.
Support system enhancements, data integrity reviews, and reporting improvements.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and workflow updates.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
Build or optimize dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings on technology or process-transformation initiatives.
