About The Position

At Westfield, our interns are active contributors, not observers. Our Summer Internship Program provides opportunities to explore careers in insurance, technology, analytics, finance, human resources, communications, and other business functions. Throughout the summer, interns build professional skills, grow their networks, and gain valuable insight into how a leading property & casualty insurance company serves its customers, agents, and communities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong academic performance and a desire to learn.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Interest in gaining real-world business experience through a challenging and rewarding internship.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
