About The Position

MCB Real Estate is offering an 8-week paid summer internship program from June 7 to July 30 for students interested in commercial real estate. This program provides a hands-on, immersive experience across the full real estate lifecycle, including acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, marketing, property management, and asset management. Interns will rotate weekly through various departments, gaining practical experience and insight into each stage of a real estate project. The program includes mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to real-world projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising sophomore or rising junior)
• Strong interest in commercial real estate
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly departmental rotations and site visits
• Assist with real-world projects and analyses across all key departments
• Contribute to the capstone project, including research, design, financial modeling, and presentation
• Attend mentorship meetings, luncheons, and professional development sessions
• Prepare for interviews and career opportunities with guidance from MCB mentors
