Responsibilities
- Assist members and staff with daily branch operations
- Provide exceptional member service and professional support
- Learn credit union products, services, and operational processes
- Support administrative and organizational projects
- Gain exposure to retail operations, lending, and member experience initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and branch activities
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional branch environment
