About The Position

Requirements

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proactive self-starter with demonstrated leadership qualities.
Interest and strength in business process improvement; high attention to detail.
Highly developed planning and organizing skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven innovative thinker and problem solver; fast learner, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel), SharePoint, and other reporting details.
Strong academic performance with coursework in accounting, tax, economics, finance, business process reviews, general management, or analytics.
Strong digital literacy and comfort with data analysis or business process tools.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work punctually and effectively in a hybrid work environment.
