About The Position

As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will support programs that enhance employee capability, organizational effectiveness, and performance through the development of training content, learning programs, communication strategies, and digital solutions. You will report to the APX Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering (process or change management concentration), management, organizational leadership, or related degree
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Develop instructional content, training materials, presentations, and communication resources for diverse audiences
• Proficient in business systems and reporting tools, including all of Microsoft 365 platforms

Responsibilities

• Create training, learning, and process documentation resources
• Support onboarding, employee development, and mentoring programs
• Identify learning needs and develop solutions with business partners
• Develop communications that support organizational initiatives and change
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence projects
• Collaborate across teams to support learning and workforce programs
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and digital tools to streamline operations
• Track metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts
• Foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization
