About The Position

Allegion is seeking a curious and driven Market Research Intern to join their Research & Design team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of products and services by supporting voice of customer projects. The intern will work closely with the Market Research team to design studies, assist with analytics, and contribute to innovation and business strategy through qualitative and quantitative research. Requirements

Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or other business related field required
Able to work independently and as a team player
High effective communicator (both written and verbal)
Exhibits professionalism and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity required
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
Experience with analytics and statistical analyses (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) required
Strong interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute voice of customer research projects
Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable customer insights
