As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will report to the GICP Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and be located at our Warrendale facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering
  • Completed Sophomore year of college

Responsibilities

  • Help with process documentation, workflow development, and standardization efforts
  • Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement projects
  • Help develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, assembly guides, and OMS documentation
  • Collect and analyze manufacturing performance data
  • Help analyze manufacturing defects and non-conformances
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI
  • Support workload planning and process mapping activities.
