The Summer Internship is designed to develop future leaders within an audit function in financial services. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering innovative banking solutions and exceptional client service in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Requirements

  • Candidate for degree in Computer Science, business and/or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and curious.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams driving the best product and business outcomes.
  • 3.0 GPA minimum
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Area Product Owners and Business Analysts in the delivery of LP Vision (Loan Origination System) capabilities to CIBC's commercial and private wealth relationship managers, bankers, and advisors.
  • Assisting with the capturing of product build requirements from business stakeholders and users.
  • Collaborating with the product and technology delivery teams on analyzing business gaps and various technology/business solutions.
  • Engaging with various lines of business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the Salesforce backlog continues to support and enable CIBC's customer facing teams.
