About The Position

This internship offers hands-on experience in ManhattanLife’s IT Enrollment Technology Department. The intern will gain experience in software development, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with a mentor and senior leadership, contributing to active projects while gaining a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. A successful intern will leave the program equipped to serve effectively as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Current College student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field of study.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and document requirements clearly and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirement gathering for ongoing technology migration projects, including ARC migration to 2.0 Phase 2 and Easy Appoint migration to 2.0.
• Support documentation and analysis efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Learn existing business workflows and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform basic data analysis and assist in quality assurance testing.
• Support server hardening initiatives as needed.
• Help bridge communication between business and technology teams across departments.
