The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Team in delivering day-to-day HR operations across both a corporate office and manufacturing plant environment. This role provides hands-on experience in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, training, and HR administration. Requirements

Interest in pursuing a career as an HR Generalist or HR professional
Ability to travel reliably to Winston-Salem, NC and work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Willingness to work in both a corporate office and manufacturing plant setting

Responsibilities

Assist the HR Managers with daily human resources operations across corporate and plant locations
Support recruitment efforts, including posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding activities
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
Assist with compliance tasks related to company policies, employment law, and manufacturing safety requirements
Participate in HR projects such as engagement initiatives and process improvements
Gain exposure to HR practices unique to a manufacturing plant environment, including hourly workforce support
