Requirements
- Rising junior or senior pursuing HR, business, information systems, analytics, or a related field
- Interest in HR technology, AI, automation, and process improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys learning new systems
Responsibilities
- Support HR systems projects, process improvements, and workflow documentation
- Explore AI-enabled tools to improve HR efficiency and employee experience
- Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and HR technology optimization
- Partner with HR team members on cross-functional initiatives
- Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership
