Summer Intern (HUB Internship Program)
About The Position

You'll work alongside our Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth teams, gaining hands-on exposure to client service, sales, risk, and more — learning directly from industry experts across the country. Requirements
- Graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Enthusiasm for the insurance industry
- Organized, able to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Some college (no degree)
Responsibilities
- Work with sales and service teams to support clients across the U.S., understanding their unique regional needs.
- Gain hands-on experience managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data, and claims support.
- Support analysis of U.S. insurance markets and emerging regional trends.
- Participate in workshops that deepen your skills and industry knowledge.
- Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
