About The Position

Our interns will assist with the daily operations in each of their specific departments assigned to and gain exposure, including but not limited to: Hands-on, meaningful work experience in their field of study. Work in the industry on applying leading edge technology. Use school knowledge in real-work situations. Explore the environment and culture of a leading biotechnology company. Develop a network of industry contacts for future mentorship and guidance. Provide qualified and enthusiastic candidates for short-term projects. Encourage word-of-mouth advertising when Interns return to school. Potential to bring new science technologies and knowledge from the classroom into the workplace.

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate student with interests in clinical data management.
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with plans to return to school in the fall.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2026.
  • Provide adequate work authorization to work for any US employer through the duration of the program.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination and logistics for company events, including retreats and the summer picnic
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities such as interview scheduling, hiring manager and candidate communication
  • Assist with development and delivery of employee value proposition and assist Talent Acquisition Operations with candidate experience (scheduling and outreach) to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Help maintain and update the company intranet and internal HR resources, e.g. (HR Roadshow)
  • Conduct research on emerging AI applications in Human Resources, including benchmarking peer companies and evaluating HRIS tools and vendors to inform HR strategy
  • Support HR operations by maintaining up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including job descriptions and resumes.
  • Assist in tracking completion of required training, e.g. (Harassment Prevention) and follow up with employees to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to Head of HR, Vice President, Global Talent, HRBP and HR Operations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc assignments as needed
  • Prepare a short presentation to share what they have learned through their internship and how they hope their new knowledge will help them secure their future career. Presentations may be approximately 10-15 minutes long and should include visual aid (posters or PowerPoint).
