About The Position

What You’ll Do HRIS & Data Auditing: Dive into our HR system (e.g., UKG) to pull reports and documents, clean up or enter data, and ensure our employee records are 100% accurate. Recruitment Support: Help manage the candidate pipeline by screening resumes, conducting phone screening, and scheduling interviews or supporting the HR team at hiring events. Special Projects: Help plan, set up, and host colleague events or assist with other HR related functions as needed. Who You Are Fast-Learner, Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software quickly and have a natural curiosity for how systems "talk" to each other. You are able to navigate through new software People-Oriented: You have excellent communication skills and know how to keep candidate information confidential. Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small typo or the data entry error that others might miss. Flexible Team Player: You pivot and support others with ease.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an HR, Business, or Data Analytics, associates or bachelor degree program.
  • Strong interest in HR Technology and Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion.
