About The Position

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our I-9 compliance remediation project within Workday. The primary responsibility of this role is to review, audit, and correct I-9 records to ensure full compliance with federal requirements and internal standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, accuracy-driven work and has an interest in building a future career in Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Audit and correct I-9 forms within Workday following established guidelines and compliance requirements. - Identify discrepancies or missing information and take corrective steps in accordance with company policies. - Communicate with internal partners or employees when additional documentation or clarification is needed. - Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of updates and corrections. - Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and attention to detail. - Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders as needed. - Follow confidential data handling practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. - Support continuous improvement by raising questions, identifying issues, and recommending process enhancements. Qualifications - Students in a Bachelor's Degree program or a recent graduate - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Demonstrated questioning attitude with a willingness to seek clarification and flag inconsistencies. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with a team. - Comfortable managing large volumes of work in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Easygoing, positive, and professional demeanor. - Interest in Talent Acquisition and a desire to learn more about TA processes and workflows. - Experience with Workday or similar HR information systems is a plus. - Prior HR, compliance, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
