Responsibilities

  • Audit the completion status for all I-9s in the building service client databases on ADP WorkforceNow
  • Update the Statutory Compliance fields in the database for future tracking
  • Contact staff members whose I-9s require completion or reverification, and coordinate scheduled meetings at our office
  • Review Section 1 completion of I-9s then review and scan IDs
  • Complete Section 2 of I-9s
  • Save records to the building service client databases
  • Provide weekly reports of progress to senior staff members
