About The Position

The ADAS Software organization plays a pivotal role in developing software that supports GM’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving capabilities. Interns may support either the ADAS Application Software team or the ADAS Mapping Software team, working with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, integrated, and tested software for features such as Super Cruise, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Centering, Front and Rear Impact Mitigation, Lane Keep Assist, and other ADAS capabilities. The ADAS Application Software team focuses on software that enables ADAS features and vehicle behaviors. The ADAS Mapping Software team focuses on software that uses map-related data and services to support ADAS functionality. Work may span development, testing, integration, analysis, and documentation, depending on team and project needs. As an intern, you will contribute to software projects supporting GM ADAS systems. The specific area of focus may include application software, mapping software, embedded software, testing, integration, or related development activities. You will work with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help develop robust software solutions and improve the reliability and efficiency of ADAS products.
