About The Position

This is a grant-funded position for a Special Education EYS Teacher at the High School level for the summer of 2026. The program operates for two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7:50 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., from July 6 through July 30, 2026. A mandatory professional development session will be held on June 29 and 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The teacher will work with high school students from the Connections Program and students requiring extended school year services. Responsibilities include supporting students in all aspects of their programming (academic, social/emotional/behavioral, activities of daily living), assisting with program evaluation, and other duties as assigned by the EYS directors. The position is located at Marshall Simonds Middle School.

Responsibilities
