About The Position

Wausau Tile is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Summer Helper to support production operations on 1st shift. This seasonal role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience. The Summer Helper will assist with basic production tasks, material handling, and general labor duties while working independently or as part of a team under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of production and general labor tasks as needed.
• Support production setup, material handling, and basic assembly processes.
• Operate hand tools and assist with equipment under supervision.
• Help move, stage, and organize materials and finished products.
• Assist with basic finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
