Job Vision: To ensure and develop 7G Distributing, LLC’s position as the leader in the wholesale distribution supply chain. To continuously seek new ways to enhance profitability, operational excellence, safety, security and the 7G Distributing, LLC way. This will be accomplished by meshing operational excellence with Sales execution to drive market share and build Supplier partner relationships. This will in part be accomplished by: Focusing on the areas and factors where 7G Distributing, LLC must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution. Ensuring “best-in-market” DSD service to on- and off-premise accounts through best-in-class operations execution, and maintaining superior “partner” relationships with retailers and Suppliers. Serving as a role model for 7G Distributing, LLC by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. Operating with candor, integrity, and professionalism in all 7G Distributing, LLC interfaces.
