About The Position
Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, builds trucks that protect people and communities worldwide. Since 1913, Pierce has evolved from building truck bodies on Model T Ford chassis to creating highly customized, carefully designed, and engineered pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units. Over 30,000 Pierce apparatuses are currently in operation, making a difference in people's lives daily. This role is a summer position with limited openings available on varying shifts during summer break.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age as of June 1, 2026
- Selection will be made based on length of service of the parent, who is a current Pierce or Airport Products team member.
- Only two children are eligible per parent unless demand exceeds applicants.
- The first child will be hired based on parent’s seniority.
- The second child will be considered based on availability of positions.
