About The Position

United Ag & Turf NE is looking for a Summer Help employee who will provide seasonal support to dealership operations by assisting with general labor, equipment cleaning, shop organization, yard maintenance, parts stocking, and customer service tasks as assigned. You will work closely with department managers and employees to support daily operations and help ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Willingness to work outdoors and around equipment.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Work around heavy equipment and machinery safely.
Perform work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Use hands to handle materials, tools, and equipment.
Talk, hear, and engage in verbal communication.
May work in shop, yard, and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, moving equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
Must follow all safety procedures and use PPE as required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a service, parts, sales, agricultural, landscaping, or labor-related environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with equipment cleaning, detailing, and preparation for customers and dealership operations.
Support technicians by organizing tools, cleaning work areas, and staging equipment.
Assist the Parts Department with stocking, organizing, and inventory-related tasks.
Perform yard work, mowing, trash removal, and general grounds maintenance.
Help deliver or pick up parts, supplies, and materials as directed.
Support customer service needs by assisting with basic tasks and errands.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Work collaboratively with team members across departments as needed.
Attend training and safety meetings as assigned.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
