About The Position
Summer Financial Analysts in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring business work on a variety of transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, liability management, capital solutions, and distressed M&A. The role provides exposure to financial advisory and investment banking products and industries, including in- and out-of-court restructurings, debt and equity financings, exchange offers and tenders, distressed M&A advisory services, and special situations transactions. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Coursework in accounting and finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical abilities and computer skills, including Excel.
