About The Position

Under the direction of the Youth & Family Program Director, the Summer Day Camp Lead will provide direct care and supervision for all youth in seasonal day camp. The Lead staff member will provide leadership and guidance to other day camp counselors. The Lead staff member is responsible for implementing the daily pre-planned schedule, curriculum, and activities. The Lead staff member is responsible for providing a safe and diverse experience to youth which is focused on the YMCA Core Values: Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Caring.

Requirements
