About The Position

This is a non-continuing position for a Summer Credit Retrieval Office Manager. The role involves managing the office during summer school sessions, including handling enrollment, time cards, data collection, and grade reports. The position requires a commitment to customer service and experience with diverse populations. The work will be performed at Marysville Getchell High School.

Requirements

  • Current Less Than 260-Day PSE employee
  • 2 years previous secretarial experience in K-12 education system required
  • Experience using computers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and WESPaC software required
  • Must be detail-minded, organized, and have a commitment to customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Previous summer school experience preferred
  • Experience and/or training with cultural, ethnic and language diversity preferred
  • Must have completed all district required training

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations during summer school sessions.
  • Handle enrollment, time card collection, data collection, and grade reports.
  • Complete preparation work before and after summer school sessions.
  • Provide customer service.
