The Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is the City government's chief financial agency. OMB's staff of analysts and experts assembles and oversees the Mayor’s expense and capital budgets, which fund the services and activities of approximately 90 City agencies and entities. The Personnel Management & Administration (PMA) Taskforce’s mission is to design, develop and assure the proper implementation of personnel programs and to provide continuous delivery of timely and efficient services to our agency’s staff in accordance with citywide policies and directives. This Taskforce consists of Human Resources, Payroll and Timekeeping (+ Fringe Benefits), Administrative Services, and OMB Budget. Payroll and Timekeeping encompasses CityTime, benefits, Time & Leave, and Payroll. Human Resources encompasses Personnel Actions, Recruitment, Training, Employment Processing, and Employee Relations. OMB Budget is responsible for administration of the Agency's budget. The Administrative Services Unit is responsible for facility management, purchasing and inventory, accounts payables, fleet maintenance, reproduction services, stockroom, travel and mail services.
