About The Position
Spend your summer leading, mentoring, and investing in the next generation. As a Village Leader, you’ll live on-site, build real relationships, and help cabin leaders and campers grow in their faith, confidence, and character. This is a mission-driven role for those seeking to make a difference beyond just earning a paycheck.
Requirements
- A professing Christian with a personal faith
- Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations
- Strong character, maturity, and sense of responsibility
- Interest in mentoring and working with youth
- Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Employment is contingent on background and reference checks
Responsibilities
- Lead and care for a group of Cabin Leaders throughout the week
- Lead morning and evening village schedules and plan activities
- Assist cabin leaders in guiding daily devotions, prayer, and faith-based conversations
- Build strong relationships and mentor cabin leaders one-on-one
- Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.)
- Support cabin activities and overall camp experience
- Partner with leadership on village needs and development
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment
