The Summer Camp Site Director leads dynamic summer camps for K–8th grade, serving as both site General Manager and the public face of the organization. Reporting to a Field Program Manager, the Director is responsible for opening and operating a Camp Galileo location, leading a seasonal team of educators and entry-level staff to create joyful, safe environments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key aspects of the role include upholding program quality, fostering creativity, and delivering excellence in customer care, curriculum, and team leadership.
