About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Counselors to join our team. Counselors will lead and assist in various activities, ensuring campers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidates are energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a camp, coaching, or recreational setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to be active and outdoors for extended periods.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage campers (ages 5-14) in daily activities, including sports, arts & crafts, and swimming.
• Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
• Assist in planning and leading games, activities, and special events.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and creativity.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Enforce camp rules and guidelines to maintain a structured program.
• Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
