ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DC/MD AREA Position Overview PPA is seeking coaches to work at our youth Soccer & Hoops Day Camps . Coaches will work alongside Lead Directors to deliver fun, engaging, and high-energy sports experiences for campers while helping develop athletic skills and teamwork. This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates with strong playing experience and an interest in youth coaching, sports leadership, or education. - THIS JOB REQUIRES IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE TO PROGRAMMING IN WASHINGTON, DC, AND/OR BETHESDA, MD.

Responsibilities
- Setting up and leading drills and games
- Supervising and engaging campers during drills and activities
- Helping coordinate camp logistics
- Guiding teenage coaches
