About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic, high-energy team as Bike and Trail Instructors for our Summer Camps. This role involves teaching children aged 2-12 all about biking, creating fun and rewarding experiences. No prior experience is necessary as paid training will be provided. You will spend your days outdoors, inspiring the next generation of cyclists, making it an active, adventurous, and incredibly rewarding summer job.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age by the start of camp
• Comfortable leading a group of up to 6 children (training provided)
• Committed to keeping our campers safe
• Energetic, creative, motivated and fun
• Hold or willing to get a current Standard (Intermediate) First Aid with CPR-C certificate
• Criminal record check required for ages 18+
• Access to a bike and helmet and can ride a bike proficiently

Responsibilities

• Teaching Pedalheads camp programs for children ages 2-12 years
• Actively introduce children new bike skills
• Ensure the health and safety of children at camp
• Act as a positive role model and leader at all times
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
