About The Position

Ice Miller is seeking Summer Associates to join its Indianapolis, Indiana office for a two-year experience during the 2027 and 2028 summers. The 10-week Summer Associate program offers meaningful opportunities to work directly with attorneys on real-world legal matters while strengthening research, writing, and presentation skills. Participants receive guidance and mentorship from an associate and partner, comprehensive professional and legal skills training, opportunities for client interaction, and access to social events and team-building activities that foster relationships across the firm. Requirements

Be enrolled in the J.D. class of 2029 at an accredited law school.
Have earned at least an undergraduate degree.
Have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Possess excellent academic credentials.
Demonstrate leadership on campus and in the community.
Be motivated by meaningful work and new challenges.
Communicate effectively and build relationships.
Be organized, dependable, and driven to succeed.
