About The Position

They are recognized for their expertise in Labor and Employment Litigation, Employment Law, and Labor Law for Management. The Summer Associate program aims to introduce associates to the firm's practice and provide valuable real-world legal experience in employment law. Summer Associates will gain exposure to various practice areas within employment law.
Requirements
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in Employment Law
- Must be enrolled in law school (ABA accredited) as a 2L for the 2026-2027 academic year
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with the laws related to employment law.
- Assist with research, case analysis, and all phases of litigation, including drafting memoranda and court filings.
- Review the status of employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation.
