Join us in growing all aspects of our business while embodying these values. The Temporary Summer Associate will perform tasks to assist corporate personnel in the completion of projects. These projects will mainly involve the conversion of paper documents to digital storage and the organization of those digital documents on the JX network.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated solid organization skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift file storage boxes as needed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Google Office Suite and spreadsheets is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Basic accounting knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review and scan legal, tax, real estate, and other organizational documents for electronic storage
• File, for cold storage, any hard copies to be retained
• Arrange and organize the electronic documents for easy access
• Review old paper files and destroy unneeded or outdated documents. (This will require lifting of large file boxes at the offsite storage site.)
• All other duties as assigned
