About The Position

First Hawaiian Bank invites passionate and driven college students to apply for our 2027 Summer Associate Program! As a Summer Associate at First Hawaiian Bank, you'll gain firsthand exposure to the banking industry through meaningful projects, professional development opportunities, and connections with leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrate and exhibit First Hawaiian Bank’s core values: Caring, Character and Collaboration
• Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date between May 2027 and June 2029.
• Currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a relevant degree program
• Must be available to work 40-hour work weeks between June-August and work on-site on Oahu
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Eligible to work in the United States
