The Software Developer Intern will support internal application development initiatives leveraging AI technologies and PeopleSoft systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise software development, automation, and data-driven solutions within a healthcare technology environment. The intern will work closely with software engineers, business analysts, and systems teams to support development, testing, and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions and PeopleSoft-based workflows. Responsibilities are clearly defined, and work is completed under close guidance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED plus 0–2 years of work experience
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Responsibilities
- Assist with development and enhancement of internal applications using AI-driven tools and automation
- Support configuration, customization, and data workflows within PeopleSoft modules
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Participate in application testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities
- Support data integrations, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Document technical designs, workflows, and development updates following established standards
- Complete assigned development tasks with defined priorities and timelines
