About The Position

ISN, established in 2001, is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, connecting clients across various regions with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers for due diligence. The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport role is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As part of ISN’s Product team, this position involves managing tickets, utilizing SQL for root cause identification, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract, validate and analyze data for root cause identification
Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion for customer service
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET)

Responsibilities

Handle service requests from internal and external users in an efficient and timely manner
Create queries on large data sets
Reverse engineer existing SQL code, data flow and logic
Import and export data on Production databases
Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of system behavior
Analyze query performance and identify improvement areas
Be able to work with development, QA, business teams and at times directly with customers
Strive to provide the best service to all customers in every situation
