About The Position

The Graham Partners Private Equity Fast Track Internship is a robust two-summer paid program designed to offer extensive training and work experience to talented college students during the summers after the candidates’ sophomore and junior years (Class of 2029). This program is an opportunity for high-performing, resilient, and extremely motivated individuals to gain experience in the private equity industry. Throughout the two-year program, summer analysts will receive exposure to a full range of the firm’s activities, including: building leveraged buyout models, financial planning and analysis, supply chain management, project management, sales and marketing strategy, and live deal experience. Summer analysts will also assist Graham Partners’ senior investment and operations professionals as well as portfolio company management teams, including C-level executives. At Graham Partners we value the perspectives and experiences of students from all backgrounds, and this two-year internship is a great way to begin a career in private equity. At the end of the 2028 summer internship, the top-performing summer analysts may have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer with Graham Partners after graduation. Each summer analyst will be paired with an investment professional who will serve as the summer analyst’s mentor throughout the program and will work alongside them and others at the firm on portfolio company projects and live deal work. Mentors will provide one-on-one training in modeling, business / deal analysis, professional writing, Excel, PowerPoint, and other critical skills necessary for success in private equity. Mentors will serve as a direct point of contact for summer analysts throughout the program.
