Summer Analyst (Technology & AI Exploration)
About The Position
At Accenture Federal Services, our Summer Analyst Intern program is designed for curious minds who want to dive into the world of technology, AI, and federal innovation—regardless of major. If you’re excited by the idea of solving real-world problems, learning new tools, and working side-by-side with project teams, this is your starting point. As a Summer Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on exposure aligned to three core positions: Software Engineering Analyst, Technology Analyst, and Data & AI Analyst. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real client challenges, translate business objectives into digital, technology, and organizational strategies, experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks like Agentic AI, apply creativity, business analysis, and structured thinking to design impactful solutions, and engage with mentors, attend workshops, and explore career paths in technology, software engineering, and AI.
Requirements
- Must be a rising senior/4th year undergraduate student, with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2027
- All majors considered; STEM or adjacent fields preferred.
- U.S. citizenship required
- An explorer with a growth mindset—eager to learn, ask questions, and try new approaches.
- Comfortable meeting new people and speaking with clients.
- Interested in technology and its potential to transform government services.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative, mission-driven environments.
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
