About The Position

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Related Digital procurement and supply chain team in sourcing the equipment, materials, and services needed to build and operate our data center facilities. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas. The Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. Our formal 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast-paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative. Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands-on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain strategy
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; high proficiency with Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
  • Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
  • Related is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with vendor research, RFP preparation, and bid comparisons for equipment and services
  • Support tracking of purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules for long-lead equipment
  • Assist with maintaining vendor and contract databases and cost benchmarking across suppliers
  • Attend cross-functional meetings with vendors and internal teams, including engineering and construction
  • Support coordination on equipment specifications and delivery timelines across active projects
