About The Position

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for providing necessary insight and input on construction schedule, cost and complexity. The construction team works alongside the project's in-house design, financial and development management team to manage costs, explore building system alternatives, coordinate zoning and permits, and oversee the project's construction bid and contract process.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate sophomore with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029
  • A strong passion for infrastructure development, construction management, and AI
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, construction management, and other related fields
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
  • Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter, demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year

Responsibilities

  • Shadow project managers/superintendents on site walks and progress meetings
  • Track and update project schedules (e.g., in MS Project or Procore)
  • Review and organize submittments, RFIs, and change orders
  • Assist with punch list tracking and closeout documentation
  • Help compile daily/weekly progress reports and photo logs
  • Support budget tracking — compare actuals vs. projected costs
  • Attend and take notes at owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings

Benefits

  • The hourly compensation for this position is $25-$30
