About The Position

Spencer Stuart's Analyst Internship Program provides interns with firsthand exposure to the work behind identifying, assessing, and developing leaders for influential organizations. Interns join a fast-paced, intellectually engaging environment, working alongside leadership advisors and industry experts to support organizations navigating critical leadership decisions. The program offers exposure to executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance, while developing research, analytical, and communication skills. It's designed to offer a meaningful introduction to the leadership advisory profession and life at Spencer Stuart through hands-on project work, training, mentorship, and professional development. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time Analyst opportunities upon graduation, with many current Analysts having started as Summer Analyst Interns. The role involves contributing to strategic initiatives and client engagements, conducting research, developing presentations, and networking with colleagues. Interns complete individual and collaborative projects, presenting their work and learnings at the end of the internship. A dedicated support network of an Advisor, Mentor, and Buddy is provided, along with formal and informal feedback and coaching. Interns are expected to strengthen skills in research, analysis, business writing, communication, AI tools, stakeholder management, project management, professional judgment, and team collaboration.
