About The Position

This project is focused on performing accelerated reliability testing for high-power devices for aerospace applications in high-temperature, high-radiation environments. The test setup will require building interfaces for in-situ monitoring, performing characterization of devices using electrical measurement tools, and data analysis. A statistical/ML-based prediction model will be developed based on the experimental findings and correlated with device physics. This project work will be assigned to multiple researchers, requiring good communication skills and teamwork.
