About The Position

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Suites and Loge Box Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing quality and hospitality to our premium guests - responsible for communication between management, FOH staff, culinary, administrative coordinators, and guests. TDMC manages all aspects of venue management, including but not limited to event booking, event management, marketing, IT, technical services, food & beverage, parking, security, housekeeping, changeover, maintenance, and more. TDMC manages several venues in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be 100% on-site.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization
  • Works well with others; establishes and maintains effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors
  • Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analysis, and strategic thinking skills
  • Candidates should maintain ethical conduct while working
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality and hospitality throughout the Suite Level of the arena
  • Communication between counterparts in the department
  • Organization and preparation of events
  • Assisting in closing out financials per event and ensuring correct billing takes place
  • Supervising team members on non-event and event days
  • Making sure each suite and loge box is properly and completely set prior to each event start time
  • Communicating with the food and beverage team (suite attendants, food runners, supervisors, managers, cooks, and chefs) and guests of the arena to ensure food quality and service standards are always maintained
  • Monitoring staff by maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service, while striving for optimal experience for guests and staff
  • Serving as a liaison between Suite and Loge Box Suite Attendants and Pantry Coordinators throughout each event and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Directing any other inquiries (not regarding food and beverage) to the correct entity and/or personnel
  • Monitoring and maintaining food quality
  • Assisting management with monitoring the department by maintaining policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
  • Maintaining, resolving, and enforcing cash handling policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and enforcing safe alcohol policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory control and product requisition
  • Performing other duties as assigned
