The United Center, the largest arena in the United States, is located on the West Side of Chicago. Home to the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks and NBA's Chicago Bulls, the venue also hosts concerts, shows, and other large-scale events.

Position Summary
The Suites Supervisor oversees premium suite operations during events, ensuring exceptional guest service, food and beverage quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• One year of hospitality, food and beverage, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise suite operations before, during, and after events.
• Ensure suites are clean, stocked, and event-ready.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Support and direct Suite Attendants and support staff.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues.
• Verify billing accuracy and complete required reports.
• Monitor inventory, product rotation, and suite replenishment.
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to management.
• Conduct post-event inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
