Requirements

Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Work both independently and with a team
Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
Applicant must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements.
Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
Guest satisfaction-oriented (remember, you’re a part of their experience!)
Be nice – we know the best work is done by the nicest people

Responsibilities

Assist the Suite Captain with delivering meals and beverages to guests in suites
Set up each suite with preordered and complimentary food & beverage product and required serving equipment
Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Present and serve desert cart to each suite during events
Responsible for keeping the Suite work areas and equipment clean in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned
